Earlier this year we abruptly transitioned from the way we were doing church, but as we’ve often said, “our buildings may be closed, but church is not!”. Though it’s been online, we’ve spent the past few months gathering more than ever, which is why we don’t say we’re gathering again — but we are gathering again IN THE ROOM! As we fill our campuses with vibrant worship and community again, we will have the opportunity to renew friendships we’ve missed and even meet new people who have become part of our church while we have been gathering online.

Loving hospitality is the spirit of our house and the way that we prepare to serve everyone looking to find their place at Hillsong Church. We will use wisdom, compassion, and kindness as we apply common-sense precautions.
Our worship services will continue to include those gathering online as well as those on campus. Let’s go above and beyond to build bridges with friends, family, and new people as we love and respect those who aren’t ready to be with us in person yet.
Through this season of change, we will be led by relationship and trust, not rules and regulations. We are in this together and walking with a spirit of unity. As Pastor Brian often says, “Church is not meant to be endured, but to be enjoyed!”
Service Times & Arrival
Your campus has new service times! Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to service start to allow for ticket-scanning, distanced seating, and please be attentive to signage and hosting as you enter the building.
Capacity & Seating
In France, current health regulations now allow us to use 100% of the seating capacity in the venues where we gather, but we kindly ask every group to leave one seat between them and others. For Switzerland and Luxembourg, we have set up an online reservation system because we are required to keep an official register of people participating in our services.
Touchless Hosting & Venue
Our hosts are ready to welcome and serve you without physical contact. Venue doors will remain open, or be opened by a host, to allow for easy and hands-free entry and exit.
Face Covering
Thank you for wearing a face covering while on campus and during the service. All volunteer teams and staff will be wearing face coverings, and we appreciate you for your consideration in this matter. We are doing this as an expression of our love and concern for everyone who is gathering with us.
Kids & Fuel
Our Hillsong Kids and REFUEL programs vary according to each campus & location's specific capacities. Please visit your campus webpage for more information, or check out hillsong.fr/kids for more information about our Kids Programs.
Enhanced Cleaning
In restrooms, we have enhanced the cleaning and sanitisation of high-contact surfaces. Frequent sanitisation will occur both before and during services. Hand sanitiser will also be available upon arrival and in different parts of the venue.
BYOB Water
Refreshments will not be served at this time, so we encourage you to bring a personal water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your time with us.
Communion
Every first Sunday of the month, we will be sharing in communion by distributing individually wrapped elements upon your arrival. Masks can be momentarily removed for this moment in our service, but must be put back on straight away.
Online Sunday Services
Online services will continue for those who are not yet ready to return to onsite gatherings. Moments of prayer, connection, and follow-up opportunities will help connect our online and on-site church family.
Giving
Online Giving (web, bank transfer, or mobile app) is the safest, simplest, and most efficient way to give. We ask you to give this way if possible, as offering containers will not be passed at this time. For those still wishing to give by cheque or cash, you will find a giving station in the foyer where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Love Your Neighbor
If you feel unwell or if you’re experiencing any one of the COVID-19 symptoms, please remain at home. While we love and miss having you here, we appreciate your consideration for those who would be seated around you. We look forward to gathering with you when you feel better and have the assurance that you are well.
